Return to Fresh!

just returned from Hampe...
a legacy written in stone...
so true!

the holiday was a disaster thanks to a few selfish people...
the 'leaf of destruction' as i would refer to that god-forsaken curse of god on man...
destroyed my whole world and brought down everything with it...
all over again!

don't people realise that it only leads them to think 'they've realized it all'...
ultimately it makes them selfish...
makes them forget that side of them which cared...
which knew friends meant more than obsessionistic cravings...
i hate the plant...
and i decide to hate every single person dependent on it...
god-forsaken odd leafed curse - it is!

i've lost a soul i loved...
it even sucks out the courage to say sorry...
and the realisation that you need to...
damn you, cursed leaf...
you were indeed meant ONLY to be defiled.

what the tuluvas and saluvas dreamt for their capital is far from...
what the capital is today...
god save hampe before it turns into another gokarna :(

the need for freshness was felt...

and hence this ad...

it somehow coincides with all my ideas of freshness...

fresh is the way i look at life...
fresh, clean relationships...
fresh, enjoyable careers...
fresh, liveable life!

FRESH!

Bengalooru Bombaastic Savaalugalu!

i was asked to create clues for an event at scb...
the clues never got used...
but i liked them...
now lets see how well you know your bengalooru...
answer these clues as comments and see how right you are! :)

ALL THE CLUES REFER TO PROMINENT PLACES IN THE VICINITY
OF MG ROAD AND BRIGADE ROAD...

Clue 1
I was there, now I’m here
When you think of me, you think of Beer
Che and Music go along
When with me you sing mo’ song!

Clue 2
An old man in a funny hat
I serve everyone, even this and that
Two-winged creatures, my specialty
Come home to me, and why you’ll see.

Clue 3
Stimulant, aphrodisiac, whatever else
But my brew has always made me sell
I am an Indian antique on the Mahatma’s Road
Artists seek me and are never bored.

Clue 4
I ruled the world once, and here I stand
In a park, in my corner, unmanned
The birds are my best friend these days
A happy princess in many ways.

Clue 5
The magic of love some say I created
People flock to me and are often seated
When eating my cold offerings unabashed,
The savings in their pockets relatively uncashed.

Come on... Get Guessing!

Smack - The - Pony!

wish i could smack something else! ;)

a hilarious video sent to me by a friend!
i was shocked when i first saw it...
but sweet suprises await all the clean at mind...
(I AM NOT ONE OF THEM!)
the Guy is HOT!!!

Incredible India! Ad 1

The first and most brilliant Incredible India! ad ever!
Love it!!!
Three have followed...
and i'm trying desperately to get them.
Took me quite some finding to get this...
But the effort was well-worthit! :)

My Fav Coke Ad (International)

an extremely old Coca Cola Ad...
must have been one of the earlier publicity campaigns...
about Coca Cola being the World's official Cola...
or sumfin...

LOVERLY jingle...
Just makes you wanna reach out for a Coke...
and almost convinces you that you're doing...
something for world peace.
lol ;)

The Abercrombie and Fitch Ad... Ah!

Came across this ad, when i was really into my 'Male Form Series'...
That is not yet over but this ad had to come onto my blog...
I find it strangely beautiful...
Bordering very delicately on Aestheticity and Erotica...
It is a Purrfect Blend :)

Avaloo Poitaaanguh!

she has left...
and with her several of my hope...
are now disillusionments...
only she knows what i mean...
and in that there is closure, and happiness.

i came across this long haired damsel...
in halls where i learned of lore...
she and me never spoke unless required...
but our existence to each other was known...
she was my senior.

a year passed, we met at times...
but often went days unremembered...
a year later I left those halls too...
and the world welcomed me...
into its arms, wide open.

disappointment, was friend...
those few days of depression...
and then a voice called out to me...
soon we shared office space...
we worked together.

fun, anger, joy, love, and resentment...
we’ve been there many a times...
we even share birthdays...
and love each others company twice...
life was interesting.

unhappiness settled in as usual...
time has come for her to move on...
my time’s up too, in a certain way...
and like often, we share this too...
the departure, an exodus.

we might part ways, we might forget...
but too much connects together...
too many strings are now joined...
we share, a man, a college, a department...
and now a LIFE.

will miss you Veena Zacharias...
will miss you dear.
